This policy describes how JF Fire & Outdoor processes, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Delivery time. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a delay with a supplier, delivery may take longer; we will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping destinations and rates. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States.

Installation (Miami area only). Professional installation is included only for grills and fire pieces delivered in the greater Miami area. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you after your purchase to schedule a delivery and installation window. Orders delivered outside the Miami area do not include installation.

Tracking. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours at julian@jffireoutdoor.com with photos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or repair.
